This includes representation in construction defect litigation matters, delay claims, lien disputes, cost overruns, and negotiations of construction contracts. Clark has represented prominent players in the industry, handling significant construction matters that impact some of South Florida's most noteworthy projects. Within the aviation sector, Clark represents aviation insurance carriers in complex insurance coverage claims, advising insurers on coverage issues and extra-contractual exposure.

Since becoming a member of the Florida Bar, Clark has dedicated his practice to ensuring his clients are well-protected and represented.
