Andrew S. Williams

Andrew Williams is a partner in Barger & Wolen’s Los Angeles office, and has been with the firm since 1997. His practice focuses primarily on the defense of companies and individuals, with a particular emphasis on the defense of lawsuits against insurers, health plans, and companies and individuals embroiled in business disputes.

During his career, Mr. Williams also has defended clients in the areas of professional negligence, including the defense of legal malpractice and insurance broker liability cases, and has experience representing clients seeking the return of money seized under federal civil forfeiture laws.

He has spoken at and authored materials for insurance industry conferences. Most recently, Mr. Williams spoke at the Twin Cities Claim Conference on the issue of avoiding bad faith liability.
