Christophe H. Burusco

Christophe Burusco is a partner in the firm’s Los Angeles office. His practice focuses on corporate and transactional matters primarily for insurance entities, and includes the formation and licensing of insurance companies and producers, financings, mergers, acquisitions and reorganizations, reinsurance transactions, and holding company and compliance matters.

Mr. Burusco drafts a broad range of general corporate and transactional documents, including purchase, merger, shareholder, investor’s rights, noncompete, marketing and joint-venture agreements. He also advises non-insurance clients on the acquisition, development and structure of their insurance operations.
