Dennis W. Harwood

Dennis Harwood practices in the firm’s Newport Beach office. He has been an attorney for more than 40 years, and has practiced in Orange County during that entire period. Mr. Harwood’s practice primarily involves corporate and transactional matters, securities work, real property and estate planning. He has represented small to large size institutional clients in corporate matters as well as individuals in business, real estate and estate matters.

Mr. Harwood has lectured on real estate and corporate matters, given estate planning seminars, and has served on corporate and real property committees for the local and State Bar Associations.

Mr. Harwood has been active in community affairs, having served on the boards of charitable institutions (Boys Club, Hoag Hospital Support Groups, United Way), Bar Associations (Orange County Bar, Trustee of County Law Library), Chamber of Commerce (President of Local Chamber), and political office (City Councilman). He also serves as Appointed Arbitrator in matters assigned by the Orange County Superior Court.
