Donielle Colich

Donielle Colich is an associate practicing in the litigation department in the San Francisco office of Barger & Wolen LLP. Prior to joining the firm in 2007, Ms. Colich participated in the firm’s summer associate program.

Ms. Colich is involved in a variety of insurance and business litigation matters at both the state and the federal level, including complex insurance disputes, reinsurance, bad faith liability, contract and agency agreement litigation, and attorneys’ fees disputes. Her clients include insurance companies, securities broker-dealers, and reinsurance companies. In addition, Ms. Colich is involved in the representation of parties in legal fee disputes, involving fee and cost allocation matters and the ethical responsibilities of lawyers in billing practices.
