Heather W. Lee

Heather Lee practices in the litigation department of the firm’s San Francisco office. Prior to joining the firm as an associate in 2006, Ms. Lee participated in the firm’s summer associate program.

Ms. Lee’s experience includes insurance coverage disputes and business litigation matters at the state and federal level, including contract and agency matters, fraud and other business torts. Her clients include insurance companies, reinsurers and securities broker-dealers. In addition, Ms. Lee is involved in areas of legal ethics, including attorneys’ fees litigation and consultation.
