Jamie Ostroff

An attorney in Barger & Wolen’s Los Angeles office, Mr. Ostroff’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation, with a particular focus on the health care industry. Mr. Ostroff represents health plans and other risk bearing organizations in federal and state court, administrative proceedings, and binding arbitrations. He has litigated numerous cases involving managed care liability, contract termination, contracted and non-contracted provider reimbursement disputes, and shareholder disputes on behalf of independent physician associations. Mr. Ostroff also advises clients in the areas of commercial healthcare contracting, ERISA and benefit determinations, Medicare and Medi-Cal requirements, and Knox-Keene standards. 

Mr. Ostroff is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Central, Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of California and before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

While in law school, Mr. Ostroff served as an extern to the Honorable Harry Pregerson of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
