Jamie Ostroff

Mr. Ostroff is an associate in Barger & Wolen LLP’s Los Angeles office. Mr. Ostroff’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation, with a particular emphasis on health care litigation and insurance coverage. He also has extensive experience representing insurers and other industry actors in the administrative context before the Department of Insurance and has successfully defended clients in federal and state court proceedings, arbitrations and mediations. Mr. Ostroff also provides counsel on regulatory compliance issues, including matters involving claims handling, underwriting practices, and broker-agency issues.

He is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Central, Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of California and before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

While in law school, Mr. Ostroff served as an extern to the Honorable Harry Pregerson of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
