Michael J. Levin

Michael Levin is Of Counsel in the New York office, and has been with the firm since 2000. He has been a commercial and corporate litigator in New York City for more than 30 years, and has handled all phases of commercial and corporate cases in arbitration, state and federal court, from trial through appeal to the highest appellate courts.

Mr. Levin’s practice is extensive and wide-ranging. He has been counsel in financial, banking, insurance, contract, fraud, partnership, corporate, securities, antitrust, real estate, franchise, investment, ERISA and bankruptcy disputes.
