Munish Dayal

Munish Dayal is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Barger & Wolen. He practices in the litigation department where he handles a wide range of matters in state and federal courts including class action defense, insurance coverage disputes, and bad faith proceedings. Mr. Dayal also assists in advising insurers on regulatory matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Dayal gained experience practicing commercial and business litigation, where he assisted in representing financial companies, insurers, and businesses in matters involving securities, employment discrimination, wage and hour and intellectual property issues.

During law school, Mr. Dayal gained experience practicing securities and business litigation as well as corporate and securities law as a summer associate and served as an editor of the UC Davis Business Law Journal. Prior to attending law school, he gained experience in the financial industry by working for Citigroup’s Global Consumer Group Legal and Compliance department and for Morgan Stanley’s Fixed Income Operations Group.
