Megan K. Atkinson
Ms. Atkinson is an associate in the Los Angeles office with a focus on health, life and disability insurance litigation. Ms. Atkinson litigates issues affecting these industries before federal and state courts, in civil litigations and arbitrations. She currently represents some of the largest health plans and insurers in California and nationwide, and frequently is involved in complex litigation involving allegations of unfair competition, breach of the covenant of good faith and fair dealing, fraud and misrepresentation.
Ms. Atkinson received her Juris Doctor degree in 2011 from Loyola Law School. While in law school, Ms. Atkinson served as a Note and Comment Editor for the Loyola International and Comparative Law Review, was a member of the Saint Thomas More Law Honor Society, and completed the Hobbs Trial Advocacy Program.
