    Kent Keller and Richards D. Barger, partners of the Los Angeles office, and Tim Moroney, an associate of the San Francisco office, were members of a panel at the Annual Meeting of the Association of Life Insurance Counsel, May 22-24, 2005 at The Greenbrier Hotel. Mr. Keller's subject was recently enacted California Proposition 64 that amended California's Unfair Competition Law; Mr. Moroney's subject was the recently enacted California privacy laws and compliance with those laws; and Mr. Barger moderated the panel. Also on the panel was Michael Demicco, the Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of New York Life Insurance Company.
